“Guitarra Alegre” Paintings, Drawings and Prints from 2003 to 2013
“Guitarra Alegre” is a series of artworks that I started while I listened to classical Spanish guitar and flamenco music. The guitar is my favorite instrument and I thoroughly enjoy exploring it as a creative subject.
The first painting (see below) in the “Guitarra Alegre” series won a second place award in 2003 at the Artist Council show, juried by Jeremy Gilbert-Rolfe, at the Palm Springs Art Museum (Palm Springs, California).

Guitar music captivates me. I love to paint, print and draw the “Guitarra Alegre” series while I listen to its music (whenever possible).
