In the Community 2004-2013
Some of the highlights of my journey as an artist have included the work that I have done in the community to further a cause or meet a need. Either by donating, by joining with other artists, or through cultural institutions via fundraising pursuits, I have had the satisfaction of seeing my artwork serve local, national and even international projects.
Here are some images of my artwork in the context of Community projects:
- UC Berkeley, Engineering Department, Cory Hall, Graduate Student Lounge, 2007
Donation in Honor of the late A. Richard Newton, Dean of Engineering Department
- Riverside Art Museum, Art Alliance Museum fundraiser, 2005
Giant Orange Artventure and Petite Oranges
- UC Berkeley, Boalt Hall, Law School, International Association of Boalt Alumni
Richard Buxbaum International Student Fellowship Fundraiser, 2011
- Escondido Christian Center, Church Lobby, Escondido, California, 2004
16 prints of my paintings printed by Jack Duganne at Duganne Ateliers
Most recently, in partnership with the Oceanside Museum of Art, I furnished my artwork for public ceremonies and events with cultural institutions including the Boys and Girls Club in Oceanside and the Hospice of North Coast in Carlsbad, California.

This last year, upon arrival to Oceanside, I began work with TERI Inc. (focused on improving the quality of life for children and adults with developmental and learning disabilities) to create a set of artworks as a diptych painting for their art school building’s entrance. I will furnish more details in a future posting.
